How it started

It started as a tedious meeting habit: someone would read off references, and copying each one as a link that actually opens a Bible was a back-and-forth. Verse2Note does only that — book, chapter, verses. The passage name is already the link, ready to paste into Notes, chat, or a document.

How to use

1. 1Tap a book, a chapter, then the verses. Two taps in a row make a range.
2. 2Copy puts the passage name on the clipboard already as a link. On iPhone, paste into Notes. On Android, rich text works in Google Docs and Word.
3. 3For several references, tap Add, then Copy list at the end.
4. 4Collections are ready-made lists by theme (with search). Open one, copy a reference or the whole list. The snippet is only the start of the verse, from a free translation.
5. 5Plans are whole-chapter readings (a year, the Gospels…). Choose a plan; it shows up under My plans. Check off the day you have read.
6. 6In Settings: language, Bible app, appearance, and copy format.
7. 7In Safari or Chrome, use Add to Home Screen. After the first open, it works offline.
8. 8Keep and WhatsApp on Android will not paste a blue link. Use the share icon, or paste into Docs / Word.
